ITP Review
ITP stands for Internet Telephone Provider and claims to be a leader in the VoIP market. No physical home address is listed for the company. It appears, however, that ITP is based in the New York City area. Toll free contact phone numbers are provided for the US and Canada. ITP states that it can usually process an order in 1-3 days (no longer than seven days to receive equipment). ITP advertises a free phone adaptor and router. However, $17 equipment shipping charges are applied. Completing the order process requires that ITP assign a phone number. There is an activation fee of $29.99.
Standard Features
Standard caller features are available with all ITP plans and include; free in-network calls, call waiting, voicemail, find me, call forwarding, three-way calling, speed dial, forward on Internet service loss, music on hold and forward on busy.
Other free features include:

ITP Residential Basic Plan provides 500 local and long distance minutes anywhere within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. This plan also includes a free month of VoIP services. The cost for this plan is $9.99 per month with a $29.99 activation fee and a monthly $1.99 line usage fee.
ITP Residential Basic Plan 2 is the same service as Basic VoIP plan. But 2 lines with 2 phone numbers provided. The cost for this plan is $18.99 per month.
ITP Residential Premium Unlimited Plan provides unlimited local and long distance minutes. These minutes can be used anywhere within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. This plan also includes a free month of VoIP services. The cost for this plan is $19.99 per month.
ITP Residential Premium Unlimited Plan 2 also provides unlimited local and long distance minutes. But 2 lines with 2 phone numbers are included. The cost for this plan is $38.99 per month.
ITP Residential Global Unlimited Plan provides unlimited local and long distance minutes. These minutes apply to anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and over 60 other countries. The cost for this plan is $24.99 with one free month of service.
ITP Residential Global Unlimited Plan 2 provides the same service as the ITP Residential Global Unlimited Plan. However, an additional line and phone number are included. The cost for this plan is $48.99 with one free month of service.
ITP Home Office Plan provides unlimited local and long distance calls anywhere within the US and Canada. A 2nd line is also included for $49.99 per month. For more than 2 lines you need to place your order and then call for additional lines. Features include auto-attendant and music on hold.
