Phone Power provides IP-based phone service ranging from individual residential clients to business PBX clients with offices and employees spread across the world. Customers can choose from a broad range of service plans and hardware options using their own standard telephones or IP-based multi-line business phones.
Standard Features
Standard features for all plans include unlimited inbound minutes, 5,000 outbound minutes. All plans get a second line that uses the same inbound telephone number. This is called a Cloned Line, and offers you the ability to have two phone calls working at the same time.
Other standard features include e911, voicemail, 60 free international minutes per month to selected countries, full control over CallerID, both inbound and outbound, and Fax Catcher which receives fax calls and saves the inbound fax to a file. Directory Assistance Block and International Call Block are two features that help you keep unexpected charges off your phone bill.
Both business and residential customers have a great deal of control over the way their system behaves. You can create custom greetings and sub-voicemail boxes, block unwanted callers, set up call-forwarding and have voicemail and fax messages sent to your email as an attachment.

Because the service is IP based, you are not limited to any specific location. You can use the home adapter, the USB adapter or the software-based phone anywhere you have an internet connection. Bigger Business Benefits
The bigger business plan has available premium add-on features that are very helpful. With Direct Inward Dial, an inbound-only phone number that can be assigned to any extension. This allows callers to bypass the automated attendant and is helpful for upper-tier support applications or as a direct sales line. The Executive Extension option is similar, but adds inbound and outbound Caller ID and can be reached by extension as well.
The modular nature of the bigger business add-on features makes Phone Power’s service fully customizable to fit your needs. Add extensions, toll-free numbers, call hunt groups and blocks of additional outbound minutes as you need them.
Wide Variety of Service Plans
Phone Power offers a broad range of payment plans. These include pre-pay, monthly no-contract and one or two-year contract plans. Cost-saving plans are paid up front or involve a longer contract.
All bigger business plans require payment of an activation fee. With Phone Power business plans, you have the option of an annual contract with a lower activation fees.
